My first time singing on the international stage was before a crowd of 10,000 people, but I was not alone. Our Canadian Barbershop chorus, Gentlemen of Fortune, sang alongside the Salem Senataires from Oregon. We sang a song combining the anthems.
More recently (in 2011), I sang in Chinese on a popular TV station.
I think you’ll enjoy what you see, first, from 4:48 to 5:06 where I sang two of my favorite song verses on request. Second, from 22:06 to 23:30 where I managed to complete two verses of each of the two songs sung by the singer, then was asked to test my vocal limits. The technique is unique to China, but might be considered kind of like what we see in some western duets.
